ya pretty rough spot to be. im similar. im 185 tho. I have tons of muscle from lifting all my life. but im slimming down and hope alot of it is my back muscle. idk i dont think its possible but maybe some dangerous rib surgery like ribxcar can help. It never shows pictures from the side tho. my ribcage and curves pass from the front but the back and sides i look like a homunculus.

cut down muscle (no bicalutamide as AA) and visceral fat as much as humanly possible
theres a million things online that help, (pioglitazone, glp1s, high insoluble/soluble fiber intake, HIIT workouts etc) that can help you there

nvm didnt see that
well, thats rough., doesnt change what I recommend. If you poke around with your hands on your underbust, can you feel your ribs? How much fat do you have on average there? if its less than 1-2cm, then theres no a lot more you can loose there in terms of subq fat.

I have a 31in ub and it looks worse than picrel
>>
Im not OP but how would people rate my measurements? Will I ever pass at all? I've been thinking about clavicle reduction, will that save me from my giga shoulders or is it already over? I haven't done HRT yet.

the most common bra size is literally a 36C. meaning 36" underbust. please take your deworming meds.
>>
>>43343995
Yeah, I was about to say, 35 is very good like wtf are y'all on???

>>43343728
this makes me wonder if there's factors other than underbust here, or what, because at 33in I look pretty okay. (and not at all like picrel thank jesus)
>>
>>43343995
>>43344352
makes me feel alot better ab mine being a little bigger even those im like obese 。°(°.◜ᯅ◝°)°。
>>
>>43343995
this literally means nothing, stores used to tell women to add +4 to the underbust to get their band size which has carried over for older women and also people wear a larger band for comfort
>>
>>43343955
All those numbers no ones drawing this out bro. Just take a pic at this point
>>
>>43343955
Measure biacromial. Bideltoid and shoulder circumference change on HRT thanks to muscle mass loss and other soft tissue changes but biacromial doesn't.
>>
>>43343995
It's about ratios and shape unfortunately. Need wide hips and/or narrow ish waist to offset wide underbust.

the girl on her knees is a literal pop star from sweden. her waist is basicslly non existant and she has wide as shoulders.
