I have been thinking about this myself. I’d say for everyone, guy girl cis trans, when you reach your Saturn return (roughly 28 to 30) this becomes something to navigate more thoughtfully. You can still party but you have to know what kind of room you’re entering. Is it packed to the gills with early 20s and blaring club hits? Probably not your room. You’re going to be the weird old guy or perhaps the funky grandma/ wizard. As off putting as the middle aged sissy is the middle aged frat boy staggering drunk. Or barfly old ladies who gossip like high school. There’s places that skew your general age group and there’s wider range parties. Goth night/ gay bars/ queer safe spaces nobody gives a fuck, I have seen some of the wildest shit. In good and bad ways. So you can saucily (but tastefully) honmode there and if it’s anything like the places I know you definitely won’t be the weirdest fucker there. But it would be weird as hell at a normie sports bar. Im early 30s and I started this stuff a few years ago basically dipping into diy before starting actual hrt and I’m getting that familiar feeling of needing to change things to match the phase of life I’m in.
