So for people that have just started hrt how do you deal with the humor changes because Im getting really tired because is just been a month and I can't stop crying for lame shit
>>
It takes a minute to adjust.
Give you self space to explore your emotions.
I found the Ai helpful, because it can turn the physical feeling into a name for the emotion.

get a boyfriend

I cant if I'm ugly :(
>>
>>43349815
took me like two years lol but eventually you find coping mechanisms
journalling & poetry have helped a lot for me
>>
>>43349815
yeah that happens, just let your emotions adjust
i was crying a bunch and then it slowed down around 3 months in but i still cry way more often
>>
>>43349815
I had literally no emotional changes. I think the emotional changes are npt real and are just a placebo that my overly rational mind was incapable of falling for.
>>
>>43350418
I wish it was a placebo but before I started I was numb corpse that rarely feld anything lol

This sounds like a DIY dosage mishap. Plz don't tell me you are self dosing or not checking blood tests, you aren't a science experiment you know.
>>
>>43350567
I pretty sure I have to wait a least three months for my blood tests and don't feel and doing it know feels like a waste of money that I don't have lol
>>
>>43350357
same
>>
>>43350567
no it's normal, it just takes like a year to get used to the emotions
>>
>>43350418
Idk there definitely is a change.

I'd say same amount of emotions but less angry ones and more of the others. But that could easily just be the fact that gender dysphoria was this untreated festering wound in my psyche until I started HRT at 16 or getting older or a million other things like it being more acceptable to have them.

Idk I was fairly emotional before I distinctly remember my dad telling me not to cry when I got frustrated because everyone would bully me even more.

What happens if you're already a massive crybaby?
>>
>>43349815

>>
>>43349815

>>
