as far as that is true for homebrew its also true for pharma. iirc most homebrew uses a flow hood just like anyone serious, but a quick google says that even medical autoclaves dont fully eliminate endotoxins and neither do gamma radio sterilizers, so the difference wrt this topic and someone using a plastic box hood with a home hepa filter and cheap fan with a home steam canner to blast their vials at 100 C for 4 hours or whatever is the same as the best in class lab as long as both operating procedures are at standards and follow best practice, which they tend to since theyre usually educated and also injecting themselves too

i rly wouldnt worry about it just clean your vials and injection site and dont reuse needles
