Just vet your surgeon and make sure youd be okay with their work, some are probably decent some are not as good. Generally you want the forehead and nose to be good on the first go but hairline, lips and chin can be fixed after.

everyone says 'just let swelling reduce hon' but i really think there isn't much swelling anymore and it's a cope. i heal super fast. and my jaw literally does not look different at all besides the gonial angle
i was actually happy with it before because the swelling made me look neotenous and obscured how little was actually done to my jaw (in my perception) so all i could really see was the corrected gonial angle and my puffed babyface which i was quite pleased with for the first 3 weeks. now i feel totally hopeless
