The nose doctor is very talented and he does not miss, so she would have asked for this, and as she had a small midface she can get away with it.The trick with ffs isn't always maximum feminisation as this can upset facial thirds and angles which determine beauty. Finn's face is relatively well proportioned, so the result is good, although the starting point makes the job easier.
