Can anyone here tell me what to expect from HRT if I have preexisting pubertal gyno from like, 10 years ago? I developed these hard lumps that never went away, although I don't think they have grown or changed much since then.
I guess what I'm getting at is, what happens if I grow new breast tissue around the old tissue? Will it look weird as fuck, like it's kinda sitting on top, or will it just add more to the existing tissue?

I look like this
>>
your tissue will just continue to grow, but with a head start
unless your gyno is also tuberous, then its going to look awful. dont ask me how i know...

i mean it's not THAT tuberous, definitely not like OP's pic

it should be obvious if its tuberous or not
your areolas should be big and all the tissue should be under the areolas
