I'm like one and a quarter year hrt and recently I've found that I can only really erect upwards (~30-45° or so relative to the body) but not straight outwards. Trying to manually force it straight a) hurts and b) the erection at the base has a really strange feeling/texture like something is awry. I can still cum a decent amount of fluid if I'm extremely aroused though if that's relevant.I want to minimize atrophy so is it possible to do such just by forcing it straight more often or is t-gel a necessity
