I feel you so much nona.. my beloved ex dumped me recently, it was the worst months of my life, i've lost 5kg after first week or something.. i know it feels like it's over but trust me you get better with time.. you gotta endure the pure suffering though.. try to cry a lot and feel it as much as you can, maybe listen to some sad music to make you cry more until you just can't... it helped me to relief the pain and keep calm a bit, also venting and keeping a diary helped, I wrote a ton of notes with my thoughts just to get them out somewhere.. also try to distract yourself by things you enjoy, play some game or find new people, it will get better!
