I mean I feel like at the end of the day just being somewhat fit is the qualifier, and there are bigger people who can be active and healthy. I would also say that since women are usually going to have more body fat naturally, most people are more used to the idea of a higher fat female body than a higher fat male one, so it tracks that people are less attracted generally to overweight men than women
