I live in a nominally poor country in Eastern Europe and it has never been an issue to get a blood test whenever I wanted for like $20 (a bit more nowadays because Americans export their inflation).I'm not a tranny technically speaking but I've been injecting estrogen for many years and been calibrating dosages with the help of periodic blood tests.
