Be honest, how many of you thought this was how it worked? When I was a teenager when I heard people describing trans as "man trapped in woman's body/woman trapped in man's body" I was so autistic I interpreted that as meaning you see a doctor and they do a brain scan and that's how they decide you're trans, and I was paranoid of the idea that they'd do that on me and find out I had a male brain or some retarded shit like that.
