>>43382918i don't think so cause despite being fake trans in like every other way i've had gender dysphoria since i was in like preschool, long before i could even really even process the concept of aging. way more likely that it was because had almost exclusively female friends but everyone around me kept acting like i wasn't even the same species as them and that normal platonic cross gender relationships are impossible and i either had to think girls are gross or be romantically interested in them, and that probably permafucked my psychological development. i think confusion about gendered social dynamics in early childhood is probably the root cause of a lot of cases of gender dysphoria.
