>>43389698I rotate SC injections within a single zone. I prefer abdomen but I've been doing ultrasonic fat cavitation to myself there so right now I inject into my thighs. I set up a pattern so I don't use the same microsite twice within a few weeks at least, so things have time to heal properly.
Best way is to slide the needle under your eye and inject it directly into your brain

right bottom half of thigh left bottom half of thigh right top half left top half. not really great at doing left handed injections but getting better. i always kinda end up pull the skin a cm or so to the side so when the needle comes out the skin jumps back to neutral. was gonna do top mid bottom but its easier to space them out further and not even have to think

I've done left thigh weekly for 8yrs now and never noticed any changes, I get a small bruise like 5% of the time that goes away in a couple dayslike no reason not to switch (ive started switching relatively recently but I've never given it much thought

I rotate between my left and right outer thighs every week. I do IM shots and honestly I only do my thighs because i'm not confident that I won't hurt myself if I do any other spot.>t. FtM

I recently started experimenting with the other injection sites because I started bleeding every damn shot. And not a little bit, a lot. I'm considering rotating all locations and just icing the site first to shrink the blood vessels and numb the area. Not sure if it would work and it would be a pain in the ass but it would beat potentially making the shots less effective while I'm still not done getting changes.also protip always buy needles online in the size you want (I like 18g to draw, 27g or higher to pin) it's cheaper buying a whole year's worth and better than getting random shit every time if you go with a garbage pharmacy like mine. Also I like BD 1ml luerlok syringes the best they're very solid and clear and easy to read.
i just find whatever spot on my stomach doesn't feel bumpy and inject there
