You have to have wide hips and narrow shoulders and a lot of subcutaneous fat

Assuming you have a good skeleton to work with, slow and controlled weight gain while on PPARy agonists (fenugreek for a natural supplement, pioglitazone for something stronger/riskier) paired with a healthy high fat/protein diet and moderate amounts of exercise (focus on glutes and thighs!)
