Why are so many trannies self-diagnosing Munchausen? Half the trannies I know seem to self-diagnose with a new mental illness or physical disability at least once a year. "Legally blind, disabled, arthritis, plural", etc. All without ever seeing a doctor, and often paired with them begging for money as "mutual aid".

Sometimes it seems like therapy encourages overthinking and problems spiraling into deeper problems but maybe I'm just disillusioned. I don't know how you know whether or not internet people arent getting "properly" diagnosed

a lot of times people overlist symptoms as conditions and so it adds up on the sheet
>>43395311This is definitely part of it. I've been in therapy and psychiatry for about 15 years and each one comes up with a new theory for what's wrong with me. The end result being that I've technically been diagnosed with a lot of things. Do I have all of those things? Probably not.
