A periareolar masectomy is the superior technique. No one will question your chest when your healed post op. The only requirements for the procedure is to not be a fat fuck and to not be a DD cup. If you just work out and stay on test for 1-2 years (for the breast tissue shrinkage), you will most likely be a candidate. Picrel is post op 3 months (not me). So why do so many poons get the huge fucking scar surgery™? Are they all just that unlucky/lazy? Attention seeking? Both?

Most people who are potentially eligible for peri or keyhole seem to at least consider those methods as an option. Double-incision looks gory post-op, but when the scars are taken care of properly they do fade considerably (Obviously, not everyone takes care of them properly).

>>43396644>The only requirements for the procedure is to not be a fat fuck and to not be a DD cupNo, when you remove tits there's going to be like an empty skin sack, when you have A-B cups that's not going to be a lot of skin so it can shrink down on its own but if you have tits larger than that, they would need to cut that excess skin off, which would leave a scar. Also not being fat and not exceeding a B cup isn't the only requirement. Your tits also can't be saggy (lots of C cups sag btw) because it would leave excess skin behind and it also depends on where your nipples are because they don't remove and reattach them during peri so wherever they are before surgery is their approximate location after surgery so if you had like weird outwards pointing nipples you wouldn't be eligible. You also need to have elastic skin, so that it's able to shrink. The stars have to line up for someone to be able to get peri, it's not as straightforward as you think.
I've never seen a peri that looks good. The areolas are too big, the nipples are in the wrong spot, and they always look like you could cut diamonds with them.
