Threads like remind me to meditate. You can learn to control the manic and depressive episodes. At the very least you'll see the warnings and triggers more. Easier to be proactive or avoid em. If you can find a good therapist I'd try. But I get money and shitty therapists are always a problem. AA helped me. Just talking with someone helps. I dont count talking to anons cause some of yall are stupid af and its hard to make a real connection. I kinda feel like Im more emotionally stable than some of my family.
