This is my idea. In order to assuage fears over trans prisoners, simply offer a free vaginoplasty to all trans female prisoners. All they need to do is request one. And I think for certain violent criminals, who say they are transgender, they would be required to get a vaginoplasty to be transferred to a woman’s prison. That would make sense right? Like a cis female violent criminal couldn’t get a phalloplasty (which would also be free via request) and just stay in a women’s prison. The requirement for a vaginoplasty would act as a natural deterrent for predators.I don’t see how any reasonable person could disagree with this.
