That is a good thing. You can't help who you're attracted to; actions can be immoral, but not thoughts. If someone has pedophilic attractions but hasn't offended against children they don't deserve hate. In fact, encouraging people who are at risk of offending to speak help and treatment would reduce child sex abuse, whereas treating people like monsters just for thoughts that are outside their control would make it more likely that they offend.

So ironically, hatred towards pedophiles causes more child sex abuse, and empathy/encouraging them to seek help would reduce child sex abuse. Normalfags aren't ready for this trvth nuke yet, though.

It has been said that narcissistic personality disorder can be viewed as psyche's defensive reaction to ego's fragmentation brought on by BPD. Also, neither of these are born in a vacuum but are reactions to a shitty environment. That being said I think the stigmatization definitely doesn't help in any way.
