I have been conditioning my pet twink (my boywife) to associate sexual pleasure with the clicker sound. In fact he has not been able to get any sexual pleasure without the clicker.
It has worked quite well. I think I have made him twinkmoan by just using the clicker. Though I have been training him for almost a year now.
