So I sure everyone here has heard of Lenzetto? It's a Romanian aerosol medication containing 1,53 mg hemihydrate estradiol per puff. It's all over Europe. I'm in Brazil myself.So I decided to do a little test. I'm going to spray this thing on my scrotum twice once a day and see the the kinds of levels that I get.So I administer the estradiol at 9 pm every day two puffs. Did it for 2 weeks and then had my blood drawn 9 am 12 hours later.You guys...IM AT 450 PG/ML E2T IS UNDETECTABLE HOLY SHIT WHAT THE FUCKI'm shocked. I'm going to drop my spironolactone dose from 50mg to 25mg and start applying this thing in the morning so I can get the 24 hour trough reading.This is monotherapy levels of estradiol with a fucking spray. I keep thinking something wrong must have happened but I'll try again in a few weeks.This is fucking incredible Scrotal lenzetto = actual monotherapy regimen???
