My body is the result of 10 years of elite sports from age 13 to 23. It is misshapen and ugly because of the sport I've played. Then 5 years of absolutely nothing where I barely lost anything. I've been close to 1 year back into sports now, doing bouldering once a week and have been hitting the gym for glutes every two days for three months now.
