Is getting hrt really as easy as just asking your doctor for it? Surely it’s not that simple? I really want hrt (estrogen) but I’m afraid it will be too hard to get.

There's no way all of you had it that hard. I made an appointment with planned parenthood, got it three days later, told them maybe I have gender dysphoria, maybe not, and picked up my patches at cvs a couple days later.
