There is no patriarchy, never was, and never will be, anywhere. Most women do not want to work, nor hold public-facing positions of power they could be killed for having (see: Benazir Bhutto). Women want to stay at home, women want men to be the ones to work and lead because then they are free to do whatever they want in the meantime.Women are massively overprivileged relative to their competence.Patriarchy implies women are being deliberately denied power otherwise owed to them, which is nonsense. Women are not being kept down or blocked from doing things they want. The exact opposite.
