I have a full-time demanding physical labour job, I cycle to and from work every day (and elsewhere), I do more bullshit yard work and dump work for elderly people every weekend, I do 30 mins at the gym for 4 days a week and 1 hour at the gym the ither 3 days, and I'm still fat and weak-looking.
