Out of the currently airing ones, Re:Zero, Ascendance of a Bookworm, and slome isekai. These days I've mostly just stuck to shows that adapt source material that I've read. Not Witch Hat Atelier though, I can't imagine the anime not being a strict downgrade from reading the manga.
Oh and I'm also reading the second volume of Bookworm's Hannelore epilogue thing.

Extremely generic mid villainesslop just like season 1, but it's not so bad if you just want something to watch in the background while eating or whatever. I recommend waiting until it's done and just binging it when you're bored (like I did with S1).
It's been a while since the last time I can remember my lineup being exclusively seasonals, but this has been a very good spring for anime.

Last anime I watched was Sherlock Hound. It’s a tv series from the 80’s based on Sherlock Holmes, but it’s with dog people and it’s a little steampunky. Studio ghibli had some involvement with the project.

I’m not really a weeb though. My gf is, and I occasionally join her to watch an episode of whatever show she’s currently into. I’ve never been tempted to start watching one of these shows on my own.
