Hope everyone is doing well. Be sure to eat, drink plenty of water, and take a break from your screen to get some fresh air. Don't stress about yesterdays troubles. Today is a new day. As long as you're alive it's never too late and you can always start over. Also, even if others are unkind it doesn't mean that you have to be. Kindness starts from within. So, show yourself a little compassion. Be patient. If you make a mistake. That's okay. Fill your head with affirmations. Remember. Other people's perception of you do not have to reflect who you think you are or who you actually are. You have free will for a reason. Use that to create whatever reality you desire. If you're a woman in your reality then be that. A man? Then be that. Both? Neither? It doesn't matter. Life is too short to care about the opinions of others and to not do whatever you want. One more thing. Comparison is the thief of joy. You don't know what someone had to do to get where they are. Everyone's journey is different. Just trust where your journey is going. >>43464857Go to Pinterest or Tumblr (doesn't have to be those places it can be any form of social media) look for affirmations. Find some that are positive and cute or of your style. Save them to your photo album and look at them when you feel like you need them most. Or you can print them and stick them to your mirror or wall. It also helps if you save videos of people saying things that are motivating and affirming.
