It's so tiring of getting othered for having a trans girlfriend. Don't get me wrong this is absolutely not her fault and this doesn't affect how much I love her or how much I enjoy being with her, but it really sucks the reactions that people have when it comes up that my girlfriend is trans. I've had people say things impling that I'm not really a lesbian, people going like "oh I'm sorry for you" like she's some sort of burden, getting quietly excluded from lesbian circles. It's so fucked I hate how mainstream this bigotry is, and that's just from my perspective as someone who is only dating a trans woman, it breaks my heart how much worse my girlfriend has it as a trans woman.

Pic unrelated I just like Glegle

Where do you live? How old are you? What lesbian circles?
>>
>>43466143
R u cis
>>
I thought you were a man and I almost felt pity for you but as soon as I realized you were a cis woman all I could feel was disgust. I hope you don't do PIV that would make it even worse
>>
>>43466274
Yes
>>43466360
My girlfriend and I enjoy PIV yeah I just don't see how thats relevant
>>
>>43466143
She is lucky to have you, ignore the hateful ppl. What you both have is special and beautiful.

>piv with a tranny
>"whats the problem???"
kek
>>
>>43466143
maybe stop outing her to everyone you meet? like are you stupid lol. nobody likes trans people and everyone hates trans women
>>
the main reason to not date cisfoids is that they’ll out you to everyone AND make you top. at least the male bottom chasers have the decency to not do the first, but female bottom chasers are worse
>>
>>43466143
I'm a cis man and a trans woman forced me to meet her in a public place. Lots of people looked at us, some laughed.

Felt like an humilliation ritual.
>>
>>43468713
I don't out her to everyone, when it's relevant I tell people that I feel are trustworthy about her being trans, I'm not going out telling everyone that my gf is trans
>>
>>43468724
I don't out her to everyone and she prefers to top, I never made her do anything
>>43468777
Yeah it sucks that people feel so free to openly be weird and transphobic like that but honestly I love going out with my girlfriend, I never had any public incident like that and even then people are dicks sometimes, super rude it sucks but thats not gonna discourage me from going out with her. I just think when it's people that you trust doing stuff like that it stings quite a bit y'know
>>
>>43469027
okay and clearly youre too stupid to know who to trust so stop outing her? actual dipshit lmfao
>>
>>43466143
i guess it depends on how well your girlfriend passes, but in general that's kind of a thing you're never supposed to tell anyone. male friends would sooner die than out a friend as trans; meanwhile, i've known cis women that will instantly tell me their gf or wife is trans-- it really breaks my heart; it's just not your secret to tell
>>
>>43469176
yeah i’ve never understood this. it scares me too because it feels like ciswomen think the world is like inherently nice to trans women or something whereas men are the ones who acknowledge that every day you’re worrying about being beaten to death over it

I'm so fucking glad I'll never have a relationship
>>
>>43469316
plus, it shows they just see you as "trans" and not a woman; i mean, the whole point of being trans is to transition to your desired gender, not to stay trans. they're stabbing you in the back. et tu, brutus? et tu...
>>
>>43469399
yeah this is why i stealth lol. after the whole brianna wu thing it’s a bit scary and stupid to trust ciswomen anymore than cis men. they’re both enemies
>>
>>43469399
if you pay attention to how people talk, if they find out someone is trans they will often start calling them "they" subconsciously
>>
>>43469418
right, there are people i've known for years that i still haven't told i'm trans. not everyone is meant to know your deepest secrets

I get the fear and I don't out myself to people, but it feels like nobody truly knows or sees me which makes all of my friendships feel hollow. I don't feel connected to anyone and I hardly feel like a human being, there just doesn't seem to be any alternative that isn't worse.
>>
>>43469176
not op but
>i guess it depends on how well your girlfriend passes
it very very much does depend. my girlfriend is not at the point of being stealth yet, so while i never out her or mention it to people unnecessarily in casual conversation, i did tell my immediate family and a couple close friends before i introduced her to them, because i figured it would be better that they know ahead of time than be surprised and say something insensitive when meeting her.
>>
>>43469027
i really hope im just being baited:( if u are for real please god do not out her to anyone ever again without discussing it explicitly with her first. even if you cant find it in yourself to stop telling people for her sake, it will alleviate the problem you mentioned in the op to some extent, so do it for that. if you really cant understand why from the experience u are relating here i dont know if i can explain it to you but please just stop im begging you
>>
>>43466360
PIV is such a juvenile term. You seem pathetic.
>>
>>43466143
laaaarp cis women don’t post here
>>
>>43470574
you cannot seriously be doing 'no girls on the internet' in 2026, don't be a retard
>>
>>43470606
girls are on the internet, it's just that they're not cis lesbians in love with trans women
the girls that exist on the internet are the catty hateful ones that ran out of victims after their IRL targets ended themselves
>>
>the 3 trillionth lesbian is a bi girl who needs access to amabs

weird
so strange
odd
baffling
>>
>>43470574
My girlfriend put me onto this board I barely knew about it before her :(
>>43470969
I'm not bi
>>43470495
Yeah I've stopped already but rest assured I didn't tell like anyone irl or anyone who she would possibly interact with, and I also never tell any traceable information also. I care first and foremost about her safety I know how dangerous the world is for trans women.
>>
>>43471068
it doesnt sound like you understand at all. :(
