Conservative Christian but one of the best musicians I've ever met. > He doesn't recognize me, but recognizes my last name, I lie and tell him I'm related to my deadnames family>He's also a lecturer of art at the local chudtopia college in town. Literal project 2025 architects>Asks me after a lesson if I want to model for a "classical" painting class he's teaching.>Terrified but say yes bc the bit is almost too funny/absurd to pass up.>Kinda worried that they'd paint troonjaks of me>Tell family & bf that I want to do it, they try to dissuade me bc of the "danger">Go anyway>Show up wearing the most "trad" outfit I can think of>Walk into a room full of chuds>Pretty much ignored, a few people talk to me>See platform at the front of the room with a chair>Regretandfear.jpg>Feel like I want to run out of the room>Just as I start to spiral my guitar teacher walks up to me and thanks me for coming>directs me to the podium>Poses me, tells me that I'll have to stay still for 20 minutes at a time>Spend entire next 2 hours just kind of sitting there dissociating while this class full of people who'd probably want me dead if they knew I'm trans painted me>When it's over, I see some of the paintings and some of them are pretty flattering and amazing, some of them are kinda bad/bdd inducing. >Take photos of some of the paintings, get $30 from my teacher, and leave Idk why tf I did this but it was kinda empowering and a form of exposure therapy.
