How does a straight heterosexual white male achieve a body build like picrel? Asking for my finals
>>43473708literally impossible sorry
>>43473708suicide reroll until you get lucky
>>43473708Estrogen + $250,000 of surgery
>>43473708Post your starting measurements
>>43473708A time machine and estrogen
>>43473760Which measurements
>>43473814underbust circumference, hip breadth, hip circumference, waist circumference, waist breadth, chest breadth, bideltoid, biacromial, stature, weight.
>>43473708WNBAS
>>43473708I literally just need to work out to get to this but I have so much tirubke working it into my weird schedule.I should just start doing a daily 20min workout probably
>>4347391093cm underbust98cm(?, unsure how to properly measure sitting down)99cm circumf88cm wasit102cm breadth44(?, idk to measure this alone)56cm (once again unsure how to measure alone)168cm57kgI dont know what any of these numbers represent but I have a feeling they suck
>>43474038where do these numbers go to, some of these would be impossible like the hip, chest, or waist breadth. i'm assuming the last two before stature and weight are flipped, but still 22 inch bideltoid is absolutely fucked. if that's your underbust and waist at 20bmi, you're fucked also.
>>43474111I dont really know how to measure because I never did it before so the numbers seem fucked upBut yes my shoulders and waist and hips and everything is too wide its unfairMy family isnt tall or wide and I was never sporty either so having these shoulders was completely by chance
>>43474122hips being wide is good, they just aren't wide enough compared to your shoulders and waist, or you have a really flat ass (very possible), i can't really tell without a real hip breadth measurement. stand up to a wall and use a pencil to mark the right and left sides on the widest point of your hips, then measure the distance between, it's not too accurate but better than nothing.
>>43474161I have noticeable hip dips which pmo but according to what I did now for what you said its 39cm
>>43474204okay, thats good, but still really bad compared to a 56cm bideltoid. your biacromial is 44cm though, which is a lot lower, so you probably have a ton of muscle/fat on your arms. maybe losing weight could help, and then building up your glutes after through working out/dieting could help, but you're already 20 bmi, so idk. you won't ever have op picrel body without surgery, but you can do something at least.
>>43474244So what should I doOr what surgeries would I need eventually instead Im willing to get them all, given the money
>>43474266*Given if I ever get money
>>43474277get on hrt. it probably won't give you large enough breasts though, so you'll need a breast augmentation (your boobs take like 5 years to grow though, so i'd wait at least for that, because you need to get a breast augmentation again if/when the implant ruptures). you can get a bbl to offset your waist and shoulders, but you need to get it again every 10 years, and it often doesn't look the greatest. you will probably need ffs for brow ridge, at the very least, and for your nose, chin, jaw, hairline, and philtrum if they're too masculine. you can get rib remodeling (makes ribcage or underbust/waist smaller) and clavicle shortening surgery (makes shoulders smaller) instead of the bbl. you should exercise for your butt too if you dont get a bbl.
>>43474347So breasts after years of hrtBbl looks bad so I wontObviously FFSWhat does rib remodeling do in more detail but I want itHow much can clavicle removal shorten meIs there anything more or extra I could get, I want to maximise it because so far this list feels incomplete
>>43474382rib remodeling they make small fractures in your ribs, so they then can move them inward. those fractures heal after. bbl is up to preference, you can look at results on that transgender_surgeries subreddit. clavicle shortening can reduce your shoulders by 2 inches. there are more specific facial procedures you can get, if you need them (like i forgot tracheal shave for your adam's apple if you have one), but really no that's it really. you can get bottom surgery, but i feel like you don't want it (if you do, i'd get peritoneal pull through). there's also vfs, but i personally just voice trained, so i think it's worthless. outside of surgery, there's laser and electrolysis for your body hair. i'd also look into hair, nail, and skin care.
>>43474382Look up catkaldir rib remodeling. I highly, highly recommend going for upper rib remodeling if you get any kind at all. Lower rib-only remodeling often looks incredibly uncanny.
>>43473708VRchat
>>43474445yes, get as much ribs moved as you can. i think there's a surgeon, leif rodgers, who does a lot.
>>43474445Thanks I will consider it>>43474424I would rather get vfs than have to voice train considering I have troubles controlling my mouth and tongue movements and because the bone inside my nose is a little fallen into itself so I am forced to mouth breathe out of nasal issues so voice training is near impossible as is nowHow do I look into that voice surgery
>>43474498you will have to voice train with vfs regardless. there are multiple types, but someone else here can tell you more about them because i haven't looked into it much.
>>43474470Rogers has done all the way up to rib 1 on cadavers but only up to rib 5 on living patients. He said he is willing to go up to rib 1 but needs hospital permission. When I booked a consult with him (I will never be able to afford it without insurance tbhon but I just wanted to try anyways) he said he could probably get permission to go up to rib 4 with me and then increment up from there for future patients.

>>43474498Hey anon, i had VFS 3.5 years ago. My original voice was extremely deep/masc so I had VFS done. I don't recommend it unless your voice would be extremely hard to voice train. I have a pretty natural fem voice now, although it did obliterate my British accent weirdly. Recovery wasn't too bad; Couldn't really speak for about three weeks though. You can't skip voice training as you have to learn to use your new vocal coords; which can be hard esp. laughing and sneezing. If you go for it get a tracheal shave at the same time!! Adams apples are so ugly on troons.pic is my vocal coords before and after.
>>43474989>I don't recommend it unless your voice would be extremely hard to voice trainIt kinda is very hard to train and manage>I have a pretty natural fem voice now, although it did obliterate my British accent weirdlyI dont care for accents, I just want a good feminine voiceRegardless, how did you get it, how was the recovery, who did you go for, what was the price
>>43475141Sorry to hear your voice is at a rough start point :/ My Surgeon was Dr. Al Yaghchi and the surgery was at the London Voice and Swallowing clinic. He performed a Wendler Glottoplasty and then a tracheal shave about six months ago. My adams apple is basically fully gone and it improved my side profile a lot. The initial surgery was like 4.75k all done, and then I spent another 4k ish on the tracheal shave. If you get them at the same time you save money on Anesthetic so if you want both do them at the same time. I was okay to travel back home on day of both times, but I live about a three hours drive from London so it wasn't too bad. So if you don't have to pay for a hotel and stuff you save there. Like I said recover was okay. I did develop a seroma after the tracheal shave which massively sucked as my neck was swollen and eating was painful. Depending on your job I'd recommend taking 2 weeks off at least. After the initial surgery it's just lots of voice training.I will say that if I use my voice too much it can get painful, tight and itchy. And if i really go too far my voice can become basically unusable. I work in a bar though so i do a lot of talking. I probably have thousands of words i can use a day now but at the start it was literally like a few hundred a day lol. btw sneezing feels really good for them for some reason??? releases tension and stuff and it feels nice. Also steam rooms in spas and stuff are your best friend now :)Good luck anon if you have any other questions lmk x
