that certainly is a good start. have you voice trained?
for me personally, before i even started hrt, i knew i was gonna need ffs. i live in uk so can't get it on insurance. i worked multiple jobs i hated and sacrificed everything for a decade, but finally, i managed to get myself ffs, although i was 30 by then, and it felt a little bittersweet to miss out on my 20s, but i'm happier now, i think.

yeah, voicetraining is, umm, idk it's a tough beast to tame and all the advice out there sucks. my voice isn't perfect, it used to be better but i got lazy. nevermind the science behind it, nevermind all the vocal exercises, for me i'd say the single most important thing is just raising your larynx. don't need to make a sound, just raise it up and hold it there. what helped me was placing my tongue flat against the roof of my mouth, and pushing up, it brings up the larynx. it's a muscle and needs to be strengthened. at first it barely moved, and it hurt. you can feel it with your thumb when it moves. i did 30 secs, then 1min, then 2. eventually just holding it longer and longer, until it became natural and i'd do it withot thinking, while i watch anime or cook food or whatever. many hours every day raising it up. getting your frequency higher is what matters, at least to my ears. idk i hope this maybe helps.

raising my larynx is super easy its controlling the other muscles for resonance thats just not possible
