it rly depends on person but for me it helps w getting horny but in a completely different way (altho e also changed that too). currently im not even taking actual prog but birth control mini pill lol, it does the job as a weaker alternative. otherwise it makes my whole body flush more based on situation and getting dommed or ideas of something happening, makes me super warm and just needy, then the rest of the horny obvs has to be initiated
