Hunter Schafer by tttt standards, sure she's a tad bit twinkhony, especially in terms of her face. But because her skeleton is within a cis range, she reads as a cis passing woman to most who encounter her in real life. Compare that to Sombr who if by some unholy occurrence was secretly trans, he would never be able to pass. Minmax hrt dosage, ffs, body countering surgeries, the whole works. Non of it would matter. His large defined skull, his broad shoulders, his big ass hands, the dude (who's apparently only 20 years old!) is built like a greek god. Any trans woman who had that skeletal starting point would be doomed before she even began. You could also point to Vlad from youtube/tiktok. Out of drag he looks like a douchy little frat boy, but because he's so short and scrawny he's able to pull it off even though when in boymode you'd never think he'd be able to. So yeah, your skeleton is the absolute deciding factor. You either have it or you don't. Very little else matters.
