Sometimes they're hug boxing and simply can't bear to tell someone that they're that unsuccessful. But other times you are the one with the brain worms and you can tell someone is trans because you spend all day every day analyzing people for troon features but the more sensible, less obsessed people have a more normie perspective and the person actually DOES pass to most people. You just aren't most people.
