If aid child has been diagnosed with GD, then no but its probably best to put them on bica plus a low dose aromotase inhibitor for the two years or so while they socially transition to make sure it persists and preventing them from being ridiculously short(women under 5'7 are not as successful in life and they'll still pass regardless of height 99% of the time)
