Effeminate homosexuals who perpetuate the gender expression of females and heterosexual mentally ill men who have either a personality disorder or schizophrenia. Transsexuality itself is just a lifestyle choice hence the word "transition". Any man can put on a dress and take blockers/hrt.It's the psychology of the people who choose to live this lifestyle that is misunderstood if not concealed.
