chat this is a realpost but how do you lose weight healthily? i used to be fat asf and now im like bmi 23. i'm shooting for 21 or 22 but every time i start losing weight it's normal but within a week it's like 800 cal max daily budget, constantly pacing/running etc. idk what to really do i tried not using a calorie app this time but i memorized the calorie counts of all of the food i eat. i work a lot and i spent my first day off in like 3 weeks inside thinking about not eating, walking in literal circles, and staring at my body in a mirror. i am 25 years old ts is not funny or cute

op but it fills you, tastes good, and has a high enough amount of caffeine to make you less hungry but not so high so you can drink it constantly. also the ritual of making it takes enough time that it fills the mealspace

imma put you on gng, green tea in the morning + small carb like 1-2 cinnamon ricecakes, white monster for lunch, any 600-800kcal meal for dinner with a zero calorie drink. walk 2 miles minimum daily, more hills the better

also if you get those vanilla oikos triple zero things and eat them with halos oranges its peak.
80kcal for the yogurt + 3x oranges at 50cal is 230kcal meal, decent protien for the size, no dishes bc you use the oranges as the spoon. takes like 20min to eat too
