I already know I need to at least try HRT. I don't think I can move on with my life without trying it first. I already have an appointment at Planned Parenthood for next week. But I have to ask, based on my list of cons I created, do you think I'd be making a mistake getting on HRT?

The cons seem pretty realistic and grounded
But honestly, if you've got this much clearmindedness(sp?) and this little trepidation, just go for it
>>
>>43547784
Most of these cons are just you caring about what other people think

1. You are NOT going to get tits as big as you would hope, don't fuckin worry, and besides that if you just wear baggy clothes you can probably hide your shit

2. This one is valid

3. To be honest, I felt that I became much more stable after starting E. It can help with a lot of psychological issues.

4. No, nobody is gonna think that because everyone wants us to transition as little as possible. Just be gay, just change pronouns and don't take hormones, ok take hormones but don't pretend to be a foid, ok stealth but don't get surgeries etc why the fuck would you care what cissies think

5. It is difficult or impossible to happily date if you're not yourself, and also frankly t4t is so fucking easy it's nuts despite there being so few of us

Yeah there's no question about going for it. I just wanted to know if I sound like a detransitioner before they started transitioning.

If 99% of people who come across me think I'm stupid, I may very well be stupid.

I care what cis people think because they're my friends, my family, my role models. And to be honest I also worry about some of my trans friends thinking I'm weird. Also t4t doesn't count for cis dudes, right? I once had a trans woman come up to me, ask me what my pronouns were and she walked away when I gave the wrong answer. And how many women want a dude with tits, realistically?
