They're not really bpd but they pretend to be because they think it makes them more girly. This means that in practice you don't even need to humour their pretend-episodes. If they're being too annoying you can slap them and they'll behave. That's my experience.

"she" pretended to be trans to get closer to me while abusing me and multiple other people (accused me of cheating though)
"she" lied about attempting suicide, lied about receiving a gun for christmas, then sent me a drawing of "her" stupid fucking fursona with a revolver in its mouth to make me panic and fear for "her" life.
when I tried to tell "her" family about the "suicidal ideation" he called me stupid and admitted he faked it.
I know not all bpd people are like that but goddamn this shit can make you act diabolical if completely untreated.
