I have considered it. Inches make a massive difference. An inch each off the shoulders and a couple inches on the hips from HRT can be game changing for dysphoria I'd bet.

nah.. the cure for dysphoria over details is mental. You will get this surgery and still see problems because you are in rhe headspace of finding problems with your feminine presentation
