I used to last a very long time when my mind wasn't masculinized, in fact it was a nice experience each time. But as I turned 30 my mind deeply masculinized and now even 2 weeks of HRT can be life destroying. I stop brushing teeth and sleep 15 hours a day. Just permanent overwhelming fatigue and muted, dead personality. But I think most cis men would last longer since they have happier lives to begin with.
I won't lie, I expect more people to argue against the existence of "cis men on hrt"
