Because these labels are about identitarian intersectionality, there are a multitide of possible differences depending on who you ask. Besides that, delusion is not a very good basis for distinguishing humans. Most of those are to some extent delusional. A gay men probably identifies as a man. They could take hrt, wear feminine clothes, makeup etc. a gay man can only be validated in this scenario by the person identifying as it. A transgender woman identifies as a woman; they may find clothing, hrt, srs, ffs, manner of presenting to fall under a more particular binary. Of course there are many ways to distinguish between homosexual males and transexual males besides this in a clinical environment but because this is an informal social environment we can disregard those minute details or any subsequent responses to your post below this line:_____________________
