>>43580759it works if your face is somewhat andro and you have a few clocky features that prevent passing. if you have overall male facial proportions, ffs won't save you because even without a brow ridge and other highly dimorphic features, you will still get clocked off facial proportions alone. i went to one of the best us surgeons and i'm still a hon. i'd say it's a 50/50 split for trans women who fall in either category>>43580796can't really change facial proportions much, it's why your facial biometrics remain the same even after ffs. i had some pretty aggressive work done and my old passport still works at the automatic passport gates 100% of the time. there's some non-ffs procedures that mess with those like obo but those don't really alter traits that are dimorphic in the first place. no surgeon can really reshape someone's skull like a putty because of all the meaty stuff in between in areas like the midface
