It's a toggle you can switch on and off iirc, usually you can see everyone who looks at your profile. Haven't been on grindr since last year so maybe different idk

once u set filters, the default free visiblity is a joke. you'll see like 5-15 profiles. and it'll conveninetly show u profiles that are just ur type that are outside of your normal views. once u pay for the xtra or unlimited, you'll see a lot more profiles. but a lot more gunk too.
