Everyone feels it, trans or not, whenever you think "Oh i should shave that" or "I wish I had bigger boobs for just a minute" or "my skin could be clearer" that's gender dysphoria. Simple as.If you're just averse to the idea of labeling yourself trans then why label yourself at all? Crossdressing is usually uttered in a sexually degrading/emasculating context. If you identify as a cis man then you can just be a man who wears dresses.
