Many cis men are so afraid of having boobs that they'll have the tiniest bit of chest fat and ask if it's gynecomastia. And for cis men with gynecomastia, they feel like it makes their lives worse, because they have to hide it, it affects their sex lives, they can't go shirtless, etc., and so they spend a good amount of money to get rid of it, just like trans men.
