The most important surgery to becoming a passoid and living a normal life, yet underdiscussed here. What features do you need to sand off? What surgeons do you plan on using? Discuss it here.
>>
no offensive but knowlegable ones got it then left the board including me
mardi is a solid choice
>>
>>43609508
Idk we'll never afford it anyway ;~;
>>
>>43609508
I'm going with a lesser known but pretty impressive surgeon nearish me. Chose her because insurance reasons and also because the wait-list wasn't horrifically long like some of the other surgeons I was looking at.

If money wasn't a concern I'd look at Mardirossian and Keojampa.

I had FFS 6 months ago. My advice is to make sure you are actually like out and have worked through your issues before getting it. My plan was to come out after getting FFS but actually I still didn't have the confidence and I still live as a man even though everyone thinks I'm a woman.
>>
Brow lift alongside brow reduction? Not sure if passing up the chance to do a coronal incision is worth it.

>I still didn't have the confidence and I still live as a man even though everyone thinks I'm a woman
Why is this such a common mental illness localized entirely to this board?
>>
>>43610207
I think deep trauma and self hatred. My therapist says I'm the most homophobic and transphobic person he's ever met. It's not like I don't girlmode, I wear makeup and women's clothes every day, but there's this wall around asserting myself as a woman I can't seem to get over. It causes lots of problems for me in like, social settings and public restrooms... idk how to fix it, I'm open to advice.

>My therapist says I'm the most homophobic and transphobic person he's ever met
Out of the sad context, this is a genuinely hilarious comment.
>>
I got 60k but all the surgeons seem bad...
QQ botches people's brows so bad :(
>>
>>43610294
Well he does good on people but I've seen results I don't like.
>>
>>43610294
How do you even botch a brow other than doing a Type 1 or 2 when a 3 is needed? Just removing too little?
>>
>>43610529
Doing too much can look uncanny imo
>>
I know midface is obviously something ffs can’t fix (leFort looks like a meme and I haven’t rlly seen any good results from it) but are there any other things that kinda ruin ffs making u a passoid?
>>
>>43610581
Bad facial dimensions. If you have Kirkface FFS seems like it can't do much.
>>
>>43610595
Ugh I might have that also but honestly hard to tell cuz my BDD is bad. Midface definitely is an issue tho that I’ll just have to live with. Thanks for answering tho, nona
>>
>>43610294
isn't his forehead and brow work great but he gives a weird nose that only looks good on giga gay face havers
>>
>>43610529
Ive seen plenty results that dont get orbitals reduced enough to match the middle brow
>>
>>43610581
Broad strokes facial dimensions... midface, overall face size, etc. If it's not your brow, your jaw, or your nose, it's probably not really fixable.
>>
>>43610842
There are some things that can be fixed with really really invasive surgeries involving braces and whatnot but they're not standard FFS procedures.
>>
>>43610853
Lefort will only help if your bite (occlusal plane) is at a steep angle already otherwise itll just make your jaw wider while marginally reducing length at the base of the nose, itll make you look deformed otherwise.
>>
>>43611077
I was thinking maxillary osteotomy or double jaw surgery rather than le fort
>>
>>43611412
Those are all the same thing, lefort 1 is the upper jaw cut, bsso for the lower jaw. Lefort 2/3 are a joke.
>>
>>43609508
I need chin and jaw mainly. i'm choosing facialteam cuz they seem to have the best surgical method out off all surgeons ive talked to but IDK STILL ON THE FENCE A LITTLE. they all said i had pretty good features already not sure if they tell every girl that to make them feel better maybe i should just save my money. sometimes i would give anything to change my face and other times i think it looks okay its hard to decide.

what do you think you need for ffs?
>>
>>43613380
wtf is that picrel, and I think just getting the orbitals and brow shaved down as much as possible then doing lots and lots of makeup is the only option for me.
>>
>>43610710
QQ gave me a perfect nose to be honest, more happy with it than my brow/jaw
>>
>>43613551
yeah it's a weird face shape to work with for sure
>wtf is that picrel
its to avoid ending up in palantir databases mostly

Went to QQ about 9 months ago, definitely didn't mess up my brow and went from being gendered female 30% of the time to 100% without makeup and sometimes visible hair dots (redoing laser rn), extremely pleased considering it was €10k, only issue is still a little loose skin below chin, collagen supplements seem to be helping or it's just gradually tightening
>>
its too fucking expensive
>>
>>43617175
both of these images read male to me, what is up with your lips and midface
brow work looks pretty impressive though you didn't seem to have much to begin with.
why rhinoplasty? your nose was fine.
>>
I went to facial team and im very happy with the results. Their prices are also high though. £28k for Rhinoplasty and type3.
>>
>>43609508
I had mine with a no name novice 3 years ago (5yrs hrt). The surgeon basically did nothing, no difference in passing. Would love to get a revision but don't see a way to get insurance to pay for it so I will be mocked as a hon until I die because I was impatient and chose a bad surgeon.

Does anyone else have experience getting insurance to cover an FFS do-over? :/
>>
>>43618111
I don't read male to anyone irl just with tranners online who already know I am trans which is nice considering i was reallyyyyyy masc preffs, but I do agree my midface is bad and lips weird, I did not get rhino so it's just a very slight angle difference if it looks different
>>
>>43618502
Sorry I didn't mean to be rude your rl experience matters more than anything I could say.
What exactly did you have done? You had some features like mine.
