Reno is a another nice option (albeit a little more expensive) if the climate really is a deal breaker. It's only oppressively hot for 2 months of the year so it's really no different from living in a place with a cold winter

But there is a thriving Chinatown with incredible restaurants and weeb stuff, a handful of other nice neighborhoods with great spots, a thriving system of local degeneracy hubs with ultra cheap drinks, fair gambling, movie theaters etc. In general the city has great restaurant options all over the city. The bus system is pretty great too so you can explore very cheap. There are lots of shows that you can get free access to because vegas needs to put butts in seats so tourists don't feel stupid for buying tickets to whatever show. Even conservatives are nice to trannies here because it's sin city. The LGBT bars here are packed full of trannies and I really can't recommend it enough if you are trans or trans amorous, dont want kids, and looking for somewhere to live
