Gay faggots are why you have tinned fish that’s like $50 an ounce.

What is this I don’t care about this post a boymoder or something
>>
>>43616127
tinned fish has literally always had a luxury good side of it. the poor people food made expensive argument isn't valid here and its weird as shit to blame that phenomenon on gays
>>

parties irk me so bad

unironically i genuinely believe packed social gatherings should be a rare oddity, oversocializing leads to vain and superficial lifestyles tbqhon. the feeling of impermanence you get for those places is remarkable

>>43616161
real, even in poor diets it's the luxury item. e.g fried dace with black beans in a tin was the first canned product released in china and was a brokie staple (particularly due to strong flavor and being good w plain rice etc) but it was still considered a delicacy and rather pricy. its only american classism unironically that makes them see canned food as le cheap because they dont see food as food, rather a symbol of wealth. i'd die laughing if OOP was german

>its only american classism unironically that makes them see canned food as le cheap
You're an idiot
Canned food IS CHEAP. It's for people who can't get fresh. It costs less to produce because of economy of scale and subpar quality. It costs less to transport and store because it doesn't require refrigeration or speed. The only place where fresh is cheaper than canned is the fisherman's house who skimmed a couple fish off the top while working today.
>>
>>43617058
yeah and there's tinned fish that doesn't follow any of those rules and is expensive and there always has been this category of tinned fish seperate from the brokie fish.
>>
>>43617093
Expensive tinned fish is less expensive than that same fish fresh. They're just packing it in oil instead of water and you think it's some bougie thing because you're too poor to buy anything but the barest minimum offered.

waow are you serious????????????????? i never knew that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
canned food is usually cheaper to produce than it's fresh counterpart. has nothing to do with what i said. nothing to do with something canned having to necessarily be a poverty product like OOP implies.those people are not arguing with any reason, they're literally just whining that food costs money like always. i remember right wing americans bitching and moaning about how theyll starve without eggs and that theyve been eaten by poors for centuries as though they werent a luxury product up until a few decades ago

you remind me of some redditor or facebook user that aggressively replies with the most obvious shit imaginable so they can feel smarter than others. sybau

lmfaoooo. proving my point
>>
>>43617102
i just compared the tinned octopus i eat price to fresh and the tinned costs 26c/gram and the fresh costs 3c/gram lol

i think they just saw me say american and got salty tbqhon
>>
>>43617110
You remind me of a retard who thinks eggs were a luxury product at some point and not something literal peasants had in their yard
>>
>>43617138
you know the peasantry is literally an ownership class right? it doesn't mean poor.

NTA but if you’re so goddamn intellectual you would understand that language is just a communication game; if nobody understands you, then you’re automatically the one using it wrong even if some faggot book nobody’s read says you’re right
